  • Deliveries to locations outside New Zealand are subject to additional postal charges.
  • Some products are not able to be shipped internationally.
  • Any return of goods is subject to our returns policy below.
  • Payment terms are credit card only for online orders, or other payment means by arrangement.
  • A street address will be required for courier delivery
  • All prices include GST
  • Prices current at 2010 subject to change without notice.
  • Goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Return and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item but it must be within 30 days of purchase. This applies to sales within New Zealand only. The product will need to be in a saleable condition, in its original packaging together with all accessories and proof of purchase in order to obtain a refund at the original purchase price. Freight costs will not be refunded.
